1General Terms & Conditions

Dhaka 1000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement governing use of the Platform and apply between you (the "User") and Dhaka 1000.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Dhaka 1000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. Account closure may occur in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (typically more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• Upon submission of a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy.

If no prohibited activity is found prior to closure, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a policy violation, all funds may be forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability
